General Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
For joining our trip we would like make sure you have read,
well-understood and agreed with all the conditions on our term and
conditions.
RATES
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollar and based on the current exchange
rates. Due to fluctuation, BORNEO DISCOVERY TOURS, reserves the
rights to after these rates if circumstances should necessitate
such action. Every effort will be made to notify clients of such
changes.
BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
Full details of arrangements required should be given all
the time of booking, followed by an agent’s Vouchers with
those same details in writing. Confirmations will be made by airmail,
unless cables or telexed replies are requested due to short notice,
in which case expenses incurred will be billed to the Agent or Client’s
concerned.
PAYMENT
All bookings should be prepaid by bank transfer and inform
by email, fax, 2 week before arrival date. Failure to pay or late
payment will result in cancellation of booking. Exception will be
made only if other previous arrangements have been made or special
contract.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
Cancellation charges are not levied by BORNEO DISCOVERY
TOURS. However, hotels, restaurants, and other contractors do charge
cancellation fees depending on circumstances and certainly “No
Show” or late notification. If charged, these will be debited
to you. Cancellation without damages fees has to be affected at
least one month prior to group’s arrival and two weeks for
individual together with the rooming list. No refund or reduction
will be made to any client or group’s member for any unused
portion of a tour or not partaking in meal, sightseeing or accommodation
during the course of a tour unless arranged and notified in advance.
LIABILITY
BORNEO DISCOVERY TOURS, acts only in the capacity of an
agent for hotels, carriers, transportation companies, and other
contractors. Therefore, BORNEO DISCOVERY TOURS can not be held responsible
for any loss, damages, injures, delays, changes of schedules or
irregularities which are beyond BORNEO DISCOVERY TOURS control,
and reserve the right to change any arrangement with or without
notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned
